Shipping and payment

I accept payment only via PayPal now, either G&S or F&F. Please note that I’m located in Russia and PayPal doesn’t work here, so I have to ask the third parties to help me with receiving the payment. If you choose F&F option, I can offer you a $50-60 discount on a traditional sized model, and a smaller discount, if you purchase a model in different scales (terms discussed individually).
Buyer pays shipping. The shipping costs vary and depend on the model size. For the USA it’s $40-60, NZ - $85, Canada will be calculated individually. Parcels to Germany and other countries with sanctions will be sent via Kazakhstan and cost $65.
Please note that depending on the country you might need to pay the customs fees. All extra fees are at your expense.


Time payments
Time payments are limited up to 6 months, but keep in mind that all payments made are non-refundable. Also please note that I can accept time payments only via F$F this time.

Returns
Once I ship the parcel, I provide you with a tracking number. After that it’s up to you to keep an eye on the model and pick it up on time. Parcels that haven’t been picked up on time are non-refundable, I can only ship them to you once again for the additional cost.
If the horse is damaged in transit, I either offer you a partial refund, or provide a discount on other goods or future commissions.
All sales are final. I don’t accept returns if you get tired of your model or don’t like it anymore. Thanks for understanding.
